Classes

1. I have no basic knowledge in baking. Which class is suitable for me?
All classes are suitable for beginners. The steps will be explained in detail during class and we will guide you on 
how to use every baking tool. We will carry out a essential step by step demonstration. Through demonstration, 
students will get better baking knowledge and techniques. 

2. Does your classes require baking experience? 
Our classes do not require baking experience. All classes are suitable for beginners. The steps will be explained in 
detail and we will guide you throughout the lesson.

3. How is your teaching conducted? 
All ingredients will be weighed and prepared by us beforehand. All workshops involve hands-on making, baking 
and/or cake decorating which will let you learn and truly enjoy the class. 

4. Do I need to bring anything?
All printed recipes, ingredients, baking equipments, apron, cake box and carrier will be provided. Please bring pen 
to take notes.

5. I do not have a mixer (kitchen machine). Must I buy one?
At My Baking Needs class, not all recipe requires a mixer. Nevertheless, you can attend our class first before decide 
if you want to purchase a mixer later. You can speak to us if you need recommendation of which mixer suits your 
baking needs.

6. Do I have to attend Soft Bun Breads I first before attending Soft Bun Breads II?
No. It is just your flavour preference. You will learn different methods to incorporate in any of these classes. You 
can attend both to enhance your learning.

7. How big is your class size?
Our class size maximum three to four participants; unless stated otherwise. We always kept our class size small in 
order to provide you with a more conductive learning environment. Small group enables everyone to interact. You 
will definitely receive full guidance and undivided attention from us! 

8. I have a group of friends. Can we request for private group baking class?

Yes. With maximum 4 pax, you can always form your own private group. Feel free to request and suggest your 
preferred date, time and class of your choice. We will check availability and discuss the details with you. Simply 
click this register link and fill up our form. 

If you have 2 pax or 6 pax and wish to have private session with us, do let us know. We will try our best to assist 
you.

9. I am not able to fit myself in the schedule. What is your advice if I still wish to learn?
You can email us your choice of class and preferred date to mybakingneeds@gmail.com
We will try to arrange another class date that suits your schedule in the following month. Alternatively you can 
signup as a 1-to-1 student, state your preferred date and class. 

10. Is your classes conducted in English?
Yes, all classes are conducted in English; unless stated otherwise. We can speak mandarin, request can only be 
made if it is a private class session.

11. Can you update me with your new class schedule?
Subscribe to our mailing list class. Alternatively, you can email us at mybakingneeds@gmail.com. We will add you to our mailing list. Add us as friend or Like us in your Facebook. We will update our new classes on our Facebook.

Register

1. How do I register?
Simply click this register link and fill up our form. We will get back to you within 2 days upon receiving your 
registration form.

2. How do i know is my registration and payment are confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with full address of our location after full payment is made.

Payment

1. Can I make payment on actual day?
No! Full payment must be made beforehand in order to secure your seat

2. How do I make payment?
You can transfer the course fee to our Bank Account. Please fill up our registration form and we will provide you 
with our payment details. Please kindly notify us by email or message after payment has been made. Alternatively 
you can request a PayPal link from us.

3. I do not have credit cards and bank account. Do you accept cash?
Yes, we do accept cash. Do let us know in advance and we will made arrangement for meet up at/ near our studio. 
Full payment must be made beforehand in order to secure your seat.

Cancellation and Reschedule

1. I have registered for the course but cannot attend. How do i make a cancellation/ reschedule?
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances. Please call/ email us as early as possible to inform us 
of the changes to your schedule. No refunds once payment has been made. We do allow for rescheduling subject 
to seat availability.
