Welcome to My Baking Needs!

Hi, I am Felicia Hong. It all started with my beloved mum when she bought the first convection microwave oven many years ago. Filled with full of excitement, i start baking my first butter cake. Surprisingly, it turn out quite well. Seeing my family eating with joy motivates me in baking. I love to explore, experience, experiment, try out and create new recipes.

I start up My Baking Needs with a great passion and mindset to share my recipes, skills, knowledge and baking experience. I will love to share this passion with you. You can share these joy and satisfaction by baking for your family, friends and love ones. My recipes are easy and simple to follow which are suitable for beginners and busy people. Anyone can be a successful baker even at home.

My Baking Needs classes are conducted in a cosy and fully air-conditioned environment. Our hands-on baking workshops and classes are located in the west of Singapore, Bukit Panjang. A 5 mins walk from Segar LRT station. Each class sizes are small, about 3 to 4 participants. You will definitely receive full guidance and individual attention from us!

At My Baking Needs, we will start off with demonstration. You will be provided with all the steps that you will need to know in order to bake all successful yummy bakes. In our class, you will experience hands-on baking which allows you to mix all ingredients with and without the help of kitchen machine. So rest assured, you will truly understand and learn the correct techniques in baking. In the meanwhile you can put your stress away, relax, get addicted and enjoy the whole process in baking with us.
